In 2015, I landed in Sydney with just $3,000 AUD in my pocket, a student visa, and no English.
No network. No safety net. Just a stubborn belief that I could figure things out.

Over the next 10 years, I built a digital agency from scratch – growing it from freelance projects into a $1M+/year business with a team spanning Australia, India, and New Zealand. Today, I’m in the middle of negotiating an acquisition with a global player, scaling our work into enterprise eCommerce, POS, and marketing automation.

But the journey wasn’t linear. Far from it.

A Decade of Lessons (and Mistakes)

Before and during EUX Digital, I tried (and failed) with more than a few ideas:

• Slackify – a Chrome extension to track Slack time usage.
• Pet Commitment = a marketplace for responsible pet ownership.
• mMailMetrics – an email productivity tool that never quite found its market.
• Snowpassport – a physical passport with augmented reality to track your ski trips.

Each one flopped in its own way. But each one taught me something: how to build, how to sell, how to pivot, and when to walk away. Those lessons became the foundation for improving EUX – and eventually products like TopSMS (our SMS marketing SaaS).

What I Do Now

I’m a technical founder and CTO with a knack for:

• Being Resourceful → I know how to take the tools, systems, and people at my disposal and combine them in creative ways to solve unique challenges.
• Custom Development & Integrations → WooCommerce, Shopify, Salesforce, POS, CRMs, payment gateways.
• Scaling Teams & Systems → taking messy processes and turning them into documented, scalable workflows.
• Coaching & Mentoring → helping other agency owners and entrepreneurs avoid the financial and operational mistakes I made.

In short: I solve complex problems at the intersection of tech, operations, and growth.
